Dr. Viktor Pirmana is a Lecturer and researcher at the Department of Economics, Padjadjaran University. He has been a researcher at CEDS since 2000.

He earned his bachelor degree in Development Economics from Padjadjaran University (2001), a Masters degree in Labor Economics from Padjadjaran University (2006), and a Ph.D from the Institute of Environmental Sciences (CML), Faculty of Science, Leiden University.

Dr. Arief Bustaman is a Lecturer and researcher at the Department of Economics, Padjadjaran University. He earned his bachelor degree from Padjadjaran University (2002), Masters degrees in International Business (2004) and Economics (2006) from University of Wollongong, Australia, and a Doctoral degree from Padjadjaran University.

He has over ten years of experience in the export business and is actively involved in the Foreign Trade Area (FTA) Center Bandung — a collaboration between CEDS and the Ministry of Trade — as a trade consultant expert.
