A film on cost effectiveness of HIV/ AIDS interventions in Bandung, Indonesia, in collaboration with the Global Development Network (GDN).

In Bandung, as in many other parts in Asia, HIV/AIDS has become a prominent problem. Considering this condition, there is a need a solution to solve the problem. One of the major solutions toward HIV / AIDS problem is conducting early detection intervention. Currently two methods are used to detect early HIV/AIDS infection, Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) and Provider Initiated HIV Counseling and Testing (PICT).

By using a research conducted by CEDS with support from GDN as the reference, this film tells the story of how those two testing methods can be effectively taken part in solving HIV/AIDS problem in Bandung City.
