Appreciation and Impact of Local Government (LG) Implementing The Governance for Development Tourism in The Area
Advanced in Tourism in the area is determined by the commitment of the
local government (provincial government, municipal government, local
government) in the development of tourism. For local governments that
have run commitment to the development of tourism in the region given
the award or appreciation of the private sector, namely Travel Club
Tourism Award.
This study examines several aspects of the appreciation (management, economics, community development, development of cottage industry and the environment) and the final stage of this study measuring the impact and sustainability of the program on the Balance Score Card analysis. BSC is a performance measurement method or the performance of an activity and can be used to evaluate an activity. The aspects was assessed in the BSC is internal to the organization, growth and learning, and financial customers. In 2012 was chosen 25 winners of three provincial government, local government and 13 districts government Nine. In 2013, local governments are to be nominated in this competition consists of nine provincials government, local government 10 and 27 districts. Selection of samples to look at the impact of the appreciation of the program is the government that wins in 2012 which also follow the event in 2013 that the Province of West Nusa Tenggara, Tomohon and Gianyar. The average results for the total achievement is the NTB provincial government of 77% (good), Tomohon is 75% (good), and Gianyar by 76% (good).
