To analyze the implication of deforestation moratorium, this study used IRSA-Indonesia 5 model.  As an Interregional CGE model, IRSA-Indonesia 5 contains of 5 regions which are Sumatra, Jawa-Bali, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Eastern Indonesia.

This model used to shows macroeconomic indicators such as price and household consumption, labor and environmental indicators which is CO2 emissions. In this study, we simulate the conversion of cultivation land into natural forest area and see the impact of the conversion to the economy.
