Dr. Setyanto P. Santosa is a senior lecturer and researcher at the Department of Economics, Padjadjaran University. He has been a researcher at CEDS since 1999. Dr. Santosa earned his bachelor degree in Economics from Padjadjaran Univeristy, Indonesia (1971), a masters degree in development economics from Michigan State University, U.S.A (1978), and a Ph.D in development dconomics from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia (2007). Dr. Santosa’s research interest is in the area of information technology and its impact on the economy. His recent research topic is on the implication of privatization to the performance of state owned Enterprises. Dr. Santosa is currently the Chairman of Indonesia ICT Society (MASTEL), Chairman of Data Management Asia (Damasa) PT., and Chairman of Pacific Link – ICT solution provider.
